My participant doesn't have SLES funding - can they still do employment-focused supports?

Yes. Finding and Keeping a Job (FAKAJ) funding can be used for a SLES-style program - CRANK is registered for Employment Assistance for ages 15-25 (10_016_0102_5_3) and Specialised Supported Employment (04_801_0133_5_1). And where a plan has no specific employment funding at all, Core funding and other Capacity Building categories can be used for FAKAJ- and SLES-style programs, with group supports billed at a 1:4 ratio. CRANK adapts the billing to the plan.
