Absolutely - tours and meet-and-greets are free, run any weekday, and take about 30-60 minutes: a walk through the facility, a chat about interests and goals, and often the chance to sit in on a session that day. Parents, support coordinators, OTs and support workers are all welcome to come along, and participants meet their coach before their first session. For anxious or remote participants there's a virtual tour video and online meet-and-greets via Teams.
