Six steps, usually inside 1-2 weeks:
- Sign up at crank.com.au (Get Started) or email intake@crank.com.au - support coordinators can refer via the referral form.
- Complete the 15-20 minute discovery quiz (interests, goals, barriers, availability).
- Provide NDIS details - NDIS number, plan dates, management type, plan manager contact, and plan goals.
- Book a free tour or meet-and-greet (in person or online).
- Review the tailored proposal and sign the service agreement electronically.
- Attend a free one-hour onboarding session with the lead coach to build the weekly timetable and match a coach.
Once signed, the participant nominates their preferred start date - many crew start the same week or the week after.
