Do the participant's NDIS goals need to match the program?

CRANK builds every program and proposal around the goals in the participant's plan - social connection, independence, daily living skills, or study and employment. Goals are required before a tailored quote or service agreement can be created (a full plan copy isn't necessary - the goals and funding details are enough). All reporting is then written against those goals and their NDIS outcome domains.
