Yes. A program can be split across categories (for example one-on-ones from Capacity Building and the rest from Core), and the billing category can be switched mid-plan - just request it in writing, and CRANK issues an updated service agreement reflecting the new line items, effective with 14 days' notice (or sooner by agreement).
