What are the underlying hourly rates?

The weekly price is built from ratio-based supports: one-on-one coaching around $67-$70/hour, group sessions at a 1:4 ratio (roughly $17.50/hour per person), facility support at about 1:10, and online community moderation at 1:20 - plus around 1.5 hours a week of included indirect support (session notes, planning, reporting, care-team meetings).
