How long is the service agreement? Are we locked in?

Service agreements run 26 weeks, and there's no lock-in arrangement: either party can end the agreement with 14 days' written notice, and the schedule and program mix stay flexible throughout - sessions, timing, delivery mode and package can all be adjusted (documented in writing, effective with 14 days' notice or sooner by agreement). Renewal is by written agreement; if supports simply continue past the end date, the agreement rolls on and can be ended with 7 days' written notice.
