How do we cancel or exit the service?

Either party can end the agreement with 14 days' written notice - email intake@crank.com.au. Termination can be immediate where there's a serious risk to health, safety or wellbeing. If supports have continued past the agreement's end date on a rolling basis, 7 days' written notice is enough. On exit, CRANK invoices only for supports delivered up to the termination date; there are no exit fees, and an exit summary can be provided for the support team.
