Yes - pauses are free and used all the time for holidays, illness, funding gaps and life events. Pauses (and other program changes) need 14 days' notice: email intake@crank.com.au with the dates.
One important limit - a pause can't apply to the current week, because staff rosters for that week are already set and wages committed (asking on Monday to pause that same week isn't possible). CRANK is otherwise flexible, any pause is agreed with the participant first, and projects, files and the participant's place in the program are kept so they can pick up exactly where they left off.
