CRANK runs five core programs, all hybrid (online, in person, or both): Social Gamer (social gaming community for confidence and connection), Career Discover and Foundations (career exploration across 20+ pathways), SLES - School Leaver Employment Supports, Work and Study Pathways (for those who know their direction and are getting job- or study-ready), and a School Refusers program (ages 12-16).
Programs are tailored by age band - Foundations (10-14), Pathways (15-24), Momentum (25+). Weekend day programs also run, often built around social, industry and career events.
