In-office days are flexible - crew can arrive, take breaks in the quiet and sensory spaces, and leave when they need to. Group sessions are drop-in within the timetable; the only sessions treated as commitments are the booked one-on-ones. Coaches are used to bad days and will adapt or shorten a session rather than push through.
