Yes. Every coach holds a mandatory NDIS Worker Screening check, a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check, and completes rigorous onboarding training and mentoring, with ongoing training and supervision in line with NDIS quality standards.
As a registered NDIS provider, CRANK runs rigorous employee and quality systems and undergoes substantial internal and independent auditing. All spaces - physical and online - are staff-supervised; the premises use CCTV for safety and security only (stored securely, never used for marketing); and where required, CRANK facilitates an individualised Person-Centred Emergency Preparedness Plan (PCEPP) for each participant.
