CRANK's programs are tailored for different ages and stages: Foundations (10-14), Pathways (15-24) and Momentum (25+). Most crew are young people roughly 16-25, with the wider community spanning teens through to people in their 50s and 60s; younger crew usually start online from home. Around 95% of crew are autistic, with many also supported for psychosocial disability, ADHD, intellectual disability and other needs. CRANK specialises in neurodivergence but is not exclusive - all NDIS participants are welcome.
