Coaching adapts to four life stages. Early adolescence (10-14, Foundations): building trust, gentle structure, emotional regulation, with parents and carers engaged as co-coaches.
Adolescence (15-17, Pathways): autonomy, resilience, self-advocacy and transition prep for life after school. Young adulthood (18-24, Pathways): independent routines, career alignment, job-readiness and community connection.
Adulthood (25+, Momentum): sustaining wellbeing, adapting to change and deepening relationships. Group sessions are also loosely age-clustered so crew are with peers at a similar stage.
