No. CRANK is not a DES and not an RTO - participants don't receive a formal qualification and CRANK doesn't place people into jobs on their behalf. What CRANK does is build the foundational and technical skills for the next stage: resumes, interviews, portfolios, routines, and pathway-specific skills, plus support into TAFE, university, freelancing or work - so participants can take that step with confidence.
