CRANK (CRANK - No Barriers) is a registered NDIS provider based in Melbourne that runs interest-based coaching programs for neurodivergent young people. Instead of a traditional day program, CRANK uses each person's interests - gaming, game design, animation, music, cybersecurity, art, film and more - as the bridge to work on their NDIS goals across two things at once: Friendships (find your people) and Flourishing (grow your future).
A weekly program combines one-on-one coaching, small group sessions, access to the St Kilda Road facility, and a moderated online community.
