CRANK has over 40 coaches, each chosen for specific industry experience and tertiary qualified - game developers, cybersecurity specialists, musicians, artists, writers and media producers, with a large proportion neurodivergent themselves. Every coach holds a mandatory NDIS Worker Screening check, Working with Children Check and National Police Check, and completes rigorous onboarding, mentoring, training and supervision in line with NDIS quality standards.
Every one of CRANK's 27 coached technical interests has allocated coaches (most have several), so crew are matched on both interest and personality. Coaches are not clinicians or therapists - CRANK complements allied health rather than replacing it.
